One of DD Plumbers recent projects is the multi-million pound transformation of Aberafan House in Port Talbot, one of the M4 corridors most prominent buildings.

The former council building has been turned in to 41 affordable energy efficient flats situated above retail shops in the heart of the town centre.

We are working closely with Welsh Government, Hacer Property Development and Investmen, Powell Dobson Architects, Regeneration Departments and a range of expert consultants to bring this exciting project to fruition.

The project will contribute hugely to the regeneration of a town centre in one of Wales most iconic towns.
